Smart Pine Harbor is a coastal stay concept built around twelve rooms in three styles, a kitchen that follows what local fishing boats land, and a small clay studio. This site is for information and enquiries. There is no online booking, and every stay is confirmed one by one by email.

Eat
Dinner is planned around what local boats land and the garden offers that morning, and the menu is written by hand on the day.
Rest
The rooms are meant to sit among the existing pines instead of clearing them, so a room may face the path at an odd angle and the sea arrives framed by trees rather than all at once. Which room styles are on offer, and when, is confirmed when you enquire.

We describe the stay as it is planned and answer questions one at a time. Rates, dates, meals and any outing are confirmed in writing by email before anything is agreed, and where lodging, food or a boat needs a licensed operator, our reply says so and tells you who it is.

How do changes and cancellations work?
Terms for changes and cancellation are agreed in writing when a stay is confirmed, and they depend on what was arranged: a room, a meal or an outing. This site does not state fixed fees, so please ask before you decide.
